Since 2011. Rafa has literally has seen it all when it comes to identifying issues and making significant improvements to a property. Rafa considers an attic as a "free sauna". In fact you may see him wearing a jacket when it is 80 degrees !!! Rafa has a 6th sense about him when it comes to airflow and leakage.

Since 2014. You will most likely see Jose providing measures on a multi-family community. Don't be surprised if you hear him singing in the attic! Some people sing in the showers but not Jose! Jose loves what he does and will bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable.

Since 2017. Angel and his Team are "maestros" when it comes to implementing our AC and Furnace Tune Up Program on "Steroids"! If you want to visit with Angel, make it quick because he is on the go .....at all times! Angel walks fast, talks fast and works fast! If Angel is not on your property, chances are that he is doing missionary work with his church.

Since 2018. Part of the "Dream Team" with Jorge and Edgardo in our Single Family Weatherization Programs. You will not find a person with more attention to detail than Valente. The man is almost "obsessive compulsive" when it comes to cleanliness. He is our "sentry", always anticipating the next move!

Edgardo "Mighty Mouse" Castro
Since 2018 We affectionately call Edgardo "Mighty Mouse". You will not believe the tight areas that Edgardo will go to find leaks and to air seal. He scares us! We may not see him for an hour and he will come out of the attic with a huge grin and say "I got all the leakage", or, "it is all finished"!

Since 2021. Carlos is the first to volunteer to take on any task. He is the "Coach, put me in" type of individual! Carlos has been with us since 2000 and is continually growing in his career and the intricacies of all facets of energy efficiency.

2025 Christmas Party
Our Christmas party was awesome and the kids had a wonderful time. We had kids running all over the place at Austin Parks and Pizza! Fun, fun, fun. Santa Claus was worn out and ready to get back to the North Pole after a short visit to Austin.
