Since 2011. Rafa has literally has seen it all when it comes to identifying issues and making significant improvements to a property. Rafa considers an attic as a "free sauna". In fact you may see him wearing a jacket when it is 80 degrees !!! Rafa has a 6th sense about him when it comes to airflow and leakage.

The man is almost "obsessive compulsive" when it comes to cleanliness. He is our "sentry", always anticipating the next move!

Edgardo "Mighty Mouse" Castro
Since 2018 We affectionately call Edgardo "Mighty Mouse". You will not believe the tight areas that Edgardo will go to find leaks and to air seal. He scares us! We may not see him for an hour and he will come out of the attic with a huge grin and say "I got all the leakage", or, "it is all finished"!

Moore is primarily responsible for developing key relationships and partnerships in the Commercial and Multi-Family space. He is a strong advocate for maximizing a return on investment by listening to the customers needs and developing a plan of action based on those needs.

Yilber is our newest Team Member, joining us in 2024 and came highly recommended by one of our Team Members. Yilber has a bright future in the energy efficiency industry.
