David Carr, PE.

Prior to David joining us at 360 Energy Savers, David served as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as Army Environmental Deputy National Program Manager managing a $600 Million annual program in cleanup, regulatory compliance, conservation, and pollution prevention worldwide. David has been an Engineer for the US Army Civilian Service since 1989 and has held various positions as Electrical Engineer and Environmental Engineer.

Notably, The Army Corps of Engineers Electrical Engineer Liaison between the Corps and CPS Energy. Electrical Engineer for Hospital Design and Construction; Electrical Design Engineer for office building renovation; Housing maintenance supervisor Fort Sam Houston; Hospital facilities maintenance supervisor of Brook Army Medical Center; Multimillion dollar dorm and medical facility construction; Engineer of Air Tightness (Building Envelope) testing of medical facilities; Utilities Operation & Maintenance of a $20 Billion Portfolio consisting of 100 utilities contracts; and Army Environmental Coordinator forsix States (also known as a state lobbyist).
