This is where you start! Before investing and adding improvements to your home, you must know with confidence which areas of your home will need the greatest attention to address your needs. Testing will address any energy inefficiencies, health, safety, and comfort issues. Potential improvements should focus on the "biggest bang for the buck!"

In addition to our visual inspections, we test with equipment that will determine which areas of your home leaks, and how much air in cubic feet per minute (CFM) you are losing. We do this with a Blower Door, a Duct Blaster, and the use of a Thermal Imaging Camera to see specific areas behind the walls, ceilings, and in the attic. Having factual information performed with diagnostic equipment will be a huge asset if you would like a DIY project!

What to Expect........

UTILITY BILLS: Please send us your last 12 months of utility bills at least 7 days in advance. This is necessary to model your house in our software.
TIME: The Testing will take roughly +/- 3 hours.
YOUR PRESENCE: We really want you to shadow us, ask questions, and be familiar with how your house is performing!
ROOMS: We will need access to all rooms in the house.
GAS APPLIANCES: We need to set all gas appliances to pilot.
FIREPLACE: Please clean your fireplace prior to our arrival.
HVAC: The HVAC system will be off periodically during the actual Blower Door and Duct Blaster diagnostic testing.
LARGE HOLES or CRACKS: Please inform us of any large holes or cracks in the walls before we conduct the tests (especially behind appliances!)
REPORT/RESULTS: You will receive a detailed report of the 360 Energy Audit when we are on-site. We will go over the results with you to highlight areas of interest and answer any questions that you may have. We encourage you to make any necessary improvements yourself.

PRICING: $495.00

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $195.00 is required to schedule and to prepare (utility bills and property information) the software for your audit. The balance will be due when the audit is submitted.

POTENTIAL FEDERAL TAX CREDITS/REBATES and IRA FUNDING: Ask us about the latest potential tax credits/rebates. In addition, the State of Texas is set to receive roughly $690 million through the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA funding) managed by the State Energy Conservation Office (SECO).
