This is where you start before making and investing with improvements to your home! You must know with confidence which areas of your home needs the greatest attention to address your energy efficiency needs and correct any comfort issues with a return on investment. Having factual information performed with diagnostic equipment will be a huge asset if you would like a DIY project and/or knowing associated costs.

We test with equipment that will determine which areas of your home leaks, and how much air in cubic feet per minute (CFM) you are losing. We do this with a Blower Door, a Duct Blaster with the use a Thermal Imaging Camera to see specific areas behind the walls, ceilings, and in the attic.

What to Expect........

TIME: The Testing will take roughly 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
YOUR PRESENCE: We really want you to shadow us, ask questions, and be familiar with how your house is performing!
ROOMS: We will need access to all rooms in the house.
GAS APPLIANCES: We need to set all gas appliances to pilot.
FIREPLACE: Please clean your fireplace prior to our arrival.
HVAC: The HVAC system will be off periodically during the actual diagnostic testing.
LARGE HOLES or CRACKS: Please inform us of any large holes or cracks in the walls before we conduct the tests (especially behind appliances!)
RESULTS: You will receive the results of the Full 360 Audit when we are on-site. We will also go over the results with you to highlight areas of interest and answer any questions that you may have.

PRICING: $495.00

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200.00 is required to schedule and to prepare the software for your audit. The balance will be due when the audit is submitted.

IRS TAX CREDIT: Print out your Energy Audit Tax Credit! This is a tax credit for $150.00.
