Moore often speaks to realtors; title companies, developers, and owners of multi-family units about the economic returns of cost effective energy conservation measures; the positive impact on the bottom line, and the benefits of initial audit and testing practices.  He is closely intertwined with the real estate community and is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors; the Texas Association of Realtors, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, and the company is a “Registered Company” with AUSTIN ENERGY’S Residential Energy Efficiency Programs.  Moore is also a licensed Heating and Air Condioning contractor in the State of Texas and holds BPI and NCI certifications in building science.

Roberto Contreras, Bob Saintey and Ruben Murray

Ruben and Roberto are principle owners in our sister company.....360 AirCon Energy Savers, LLC.  As a team over the last 13 years......no one has worked on more multi-family residences in Austin....period.....end of story.   Without a doubt.....the experience and expertise they demonstrate sets the bar for energy efficiency in Austin for mulit-family, they have seen it all.  360 AirCon Energy Savers is the answer as a "one-stop shop" for a multi-family property owner or management company for duct sealing;  CFL light bulb replacement,  HVAC systems, duct work retrofits and any insulation or attic ventilation needs. 

Roberto is a licensed HVAC mechanical contractor..... BPI and NCI Certified.  Ruben is also BPI and NCI certified.  In fact, their designations and certifications are too numerous to mention.........quite frankly, Ruben and Roberto are "seminar junkies!" and are always on top of the latest technology in the field of energy efficiency.


Bob "The Professor" Saintey

Bob manages our Multi-Family and Commerical customers..... but do not be surprised to see Bob assisting in the Residential side of 360 Energy!   "The Professor" has trained thousands of energy auditors and those involved in the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)  funded by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).  His knowledge in building science and weatherization training is unsurpassed.  Bob is an expert in the use of all energy efficiency diagnostic equipment including; blower door, duct blaster and manometers.  In addition, Bob holds the following distinguished certifications:

*  NEAT (National Energy Auditing Tool) Certification from the DOE
*  A Certified Lead Safe Renovator
*  Certified Infared Technology Instructor.
*  Dual designations as a BPI Building Analyst and a BPI Proctor.   

Prior to his entry into the energy efficiency field, Bob was a licensed general contractor in New Mexico for roughly 20 years before he got smart and moved to Austin !!!  Bob is a graduate from the University of New Mexico - Engineering (of course!)

Shawn "Sarge" Canady

Shawn has 6 years of experience in Residential energy efficiency.  He is versed in running airflow diagnostic equipment; performing energy efficient measures, installing radiant barrier systems, attic insulation and ventilation on over 2,000 homes in Central Texas.  Shawn is now our Lead Tech in the field and will probably be your first point of contact with 360 Energy Savers.  He knows his stuff and will not recommend a measure to you unless it makes economic sense to do so.  Prior to entering the energy efficiency field and building science, Shawn was in the United States Army Airborne Division as a Calvary Scout based in Fort Bragg North Carolina.  An unfortunate parachuting accident ended his military career but opened the door for the study of building science and to the industry's benefit.

He has tremendous passion for energy efficiency, in fact - it is darn right infectious!  As a property owner, feel free to ask Shawn questions and he will be more than happy to share his vast knowledge with you.  You will be darn right impressed with the zeal and enthusiasm Shawn possesses when performing his craft!



Juan "Easy" Perez, "O" and Miguel Adame!

Miguel and Juan are experts in tighening up residential and multi-family properties. Both are licensed HVAC technicians and can quickly diagnose thermal boundary and airflow issues.  Miguel and his lovely bride just welcomed their first child into the world...Santiago.  Miguel attended the University of Monterrey and majored in Business Administration.
Juan "Big Easy" Perez is nothing short of than a freak of nature!  He has never met an attic he did not like.  No fooling, the man gets a "chill" in 90 degree weather.  We all think he would be quite comfortable on Mars!  Hence, the nickname "Easy".
"O" has a vast amount of multi-family experience and keeps our multi-family operation on track.  If you catch him not smiling......let me know......it would be a first!
